Senior Account Manager
Job Description
You’ll lead key client relationships, manage multi-channel creative projects from concept to delivery, and act as a trusted strategic advisor. Working closely with Account Directors and internal creative teams, you’ll ensure work is delivered to the highest standard, on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.

Develop a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and audiences.

Oversee creative and strategic projects end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.

Support the development of account growth opportunities and contribute to pitches and proposals.

Write clear creative briefs, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and provide constructive feedback.

Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a positive, open team culture.
Experience & Knowledge

Experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.

Confident managing complex campaigns and multiple stakeholders.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and spot growth opportunities.

Excellent communicator who is able to present ideas, influence senior stakeholders, and build trusted relationships.
